摘　　要：索赔机会识别是索赔管理过程中的关键环节。在国内外研究基础上,重点围绕成本分析和进度分析在国际工程索赔机会早期识别中的应用,通过理论分析和国际水电工程案例实证,从工程实践的角度,为国际工程预测和索赔机会识别提供参考。Claim opportunity identification is the key part of claim management. This paper focuses on the application of cost and schedule analysis to international projects. Combined with theoretical analysis and case study, the paper elaborates claim opportunity identification.
