摘 要:目前对测风塔代表性的分析,主要有测风塔数据互推及发电量评估结果比较两种方法。分析二者的局限性,定义风机理论折减系数,作为测风塔代表性的衡量标准,将风机理论折减系数方差作为发电量评估不确定性的衡量标准,经实际案例分析,给出了测风塔设立位置的建议,也为判断低效机组提供了定量依据。Currently,there are two methods to analyze the representativeness of wind measurement mast,including the mutual extrapolation of measurement data and the comparison of power output evaluation results.Based on the analysis of their limitations,a theoretical reduction factor of wind turbine is defined as the representativeness evaluation standard of wind measurement mast,and the variance of the theoretical reduction factor is used as the uncertainty measurement standard in power generation evaluation.Practical example analysis shows the proposed method can provide useful suggestions on the location selection of wind measurement masts,and also a quantitative basis for the judgment of low-efficient wind turbine units.
