摘　　要：从政策、法规等方面介绍了医学工程的发展背景;从观念、人才、管理模式等方面分析了医学工程工作当前面临的挑战;从工作内容转变、人才队伍建设、技术研究等角度提出了针对性的应对措施;对医学工程工作的发展趋势进行展望。It introduces the development background of medical engineering from the aspects of policies and regulations,analyzes the current challenges faced by medical engineering from the aspects of concepts,talents and management modes,proposes targeted countermeasures from the perspectives of work content change,talent team building and technical research,looks forward the development trend of medical engineering work.
