摘  要:建立一种测定505.6g/L2,4-滴·毒莠定三乙醇胺盐可溶液剂有效成分的高效液相色谱法。用甲醇和磷酸水溶液为流动相,用C18为填充物的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在225 nm波长下分别对505.6 g/L 2,4-滴·毒莠定三乙醇胺盐可溶液剂中2,4-滴和毒莠定进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法测得毒莠定和2,4-滴的保留时间分别为3.6 min和11.7 min,线性相关系数分别为1.000 0和0.999 9,标准偏差分别为0.004和0.020,变异系数分别为0.08%和0.08%,平均回收率分别为99.6%和99.6%。该方法操作简便,快速稳定,结果准确,可满足定量分析要求。The HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient content in the product of 2,4-D·picloram 505.6 g/L SL was established.2,4-D and picloram were separated and analyzed on C18 stainless steel column and DAD detector at 225 nm using the mixture solution of methanol and 0.1 wt% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase.The results showed that the retention times of picloram and 2,4-D were 3.6 min and 11.7 min respectively,the linear correlation coefficients were 1.000 0 and 0.999 9,the standard deviations were 0.004 and 0.02,the variation coefficients of them was both 0.08%,and average recovery of both was 99.6%.The method is simple,rapid,stable and easy to operate,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of 2,4-D·picloram 505.6 g/L SL.
