摘 要:建立了同时测定15%氟啶虫酰胺·联苯菊酯悬浮剂中2个有效成分的高效液相色谱法,为产品质量控制提供技术支持。用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈+水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在244 nm检测波长下,对氟啶虫酰胺和联苯菊酯同时进行分离和定量检测。结果表明,在试验条件下,氟啶虫酰胺和联苯菊酯的质量浓度与其相应响应值之间的线性相关系数(R2)分别为0.999 9和0.999 2,标准偏差分别为0.056和0.041,变异系数分别为0.54%和0.76%,平均回收率分别为99.92%和99.85%。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于氟啶虫酰胺和联苯菊酯悬浮剂的分析检测与质量控制。A HPLC method was established for the determination of flonicamid and bifenthrin in flonicamid·bifenthrin 15% SC in order to provide the support for the quality control.The separation and determination of flonicamid and bifenthrinwith were conducted with ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 244 nm,acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R2) for flonicamid and bifenthrin were 0.999 9 and 0.999 2,the standard deviations were 0.056 and 0.041,the variation coefficients were 0.54% and 0.76%,the average recovery rates were 99.92% and 99.85%,respectively.The method was suitable for analysis of flonicamid and bifenthrin with the characteristics of simplicity,quickness and accuracy.
