摘　　要：采用“MBBR+混凝沉淀+氯消毒”工艺处理医院污水,设计处理规模为1500 m^(3)/d。连续16个月运行数据表明,当进水平均COD、NH_(3)^(-)N质量浓度、粪大肠菌群数分别为309.2 mg/L、51.5 mg/L、1.6×10^(8)MPN/L时,平均去除率分别可达89.1%、95.3%及99.9%,出水水质优于《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB 18466-2005)中表2的排放标准。The process of the MBBR+coagulation sedimentation+chlorine disinfection was used to treat hospital sewage,and the design capacity for the process was 1500m^(3)/d.The water quality during the 16 consecutive months indicated that the average influent values of COD,NH_(3)^(-)N,and fecal coliform are 309.2 mg/L,51.5 mg/L,and 1.6×10^(8)MPN/L,respectively.The average removal rates of COD,NH_(3)^(-)N,and fecal coliform are 89.1%,95.3%,and 99.9%,respectively.All of the effluent indexes are better than the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Organization(GB 18466-2005).
