摘  要:采用电解活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)原位电氧化/电絮凝体系(EC)耦合低压膜(LPM)工艺(EC-PMS-LMP)去除模拟医药废水中的抗生素-磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SMZ)及有机物(COD)。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:pH=7.0,电流0.4 A,PMS与电解产生Fe^(2+)的摩尔比为1:1,对SMZ的去除率达100%。对COD的去除效果有限,但原水中SS含量和COD对SMZ去除效果的影响不大。电子顺磁共振光谱(EPR)证明了对于SMZ和有机物的降解,起主要作用是活化PMS产生的硫酸根自由基(SO_(4)^(-)·)和羟基自由基(HO·)。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)证明电氧化-絮凝过程有利于膜表面形成疏松多孔的滤饼层,缓解膜污染。该耦合工艺可为处理抗生素类医药废水的处理提供技术支撑。In current work,electrolytic activated persulfate(PMS)in-situ electro-oxidation/flocculation system(EC-PMS)coupled with a low-pressure membrane(LPM)process(EO/EC-PMS-LMP coupled process for short)was investigated to remove antibiotic-sulfamethazine and COD from the simulated pharmaceutical wastewater.The results indicated that the removal rate of SMZ could reach 100%under the optimal operation conditions with pH=7.0,I=0.4 A,the molar ratio of PMS to Fe^(2+)produced by electrolysis is 1:1.It was found that the removal efficiency of this coupling process for COD was limited,but the initial content of SS and COD on the removal effect of SMZ was not significant.Additionally,electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy(EPR)demonstrated that the sulfate radicals(SO_(4)^(-)·)and hydroxyl radicals(HO·)produced during PMS activation,playing a major role in the degradation of SMZ and organic matter.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)proved that the EO/EC pretreatment enables the formation of a loose and porous filter cake layer and migrating membrane fouling.This coupling process is capable of treating pharmaceutical wastewater containing antibiotics with wide application prospects.
