摘  要:选择6种常用粉末活性炭(PAC),探讨其吸附活性蓝81性能的评价指标与优选方法。结果表明,6种PAC的活性蓝81吸附效能均较佳,吸附过程均符合准2级动力学特征以及Freundlich吸附等温线形式。吸附活性蓝81的吸附速率明显不同,达到吸附平衡时间的差异较大。吸碘值、亚甲基蓝吸附值、表面官能基团、BET比表面积、总孔体积等特性指标不能很好地表征出PAC吸附性能的差异性。PAC中S和Ca元素含量是影响吸附效果的重要因素,S和Ca元素含量可作为PAC吸附去除活性蓝81优选和评价的关键性指标之一。可为PAC改性与染料吸附性能改善提供一种思路。Six commonly used powdered activated carbons(PAC) were selected to discuss the evaluation index and optimization method of its adsorption performance for reactive blue 81. The results indicated that, six PACs exhibited good adsorption efficiency of the reactive blue 81, and the adsorption processes were in line with the pseudo-second-order kinetic characteristics and Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The adsorption rates of reactive blue81 were obviously different, and the adsorption equilibrium times were quite different. Characteristic indicators such as the iodine adsorption value,methylene blue adsorption value, surface functional group, BET specific surface area, and total pore volume could not well characterize the differences in PAC adsorption performance. The contents of S and Ca in PAC were important factors affecting the adsorption effect, which were the key indicators for the optimization and evaluation of PAC adsorption for reactive blue 81. It can provide an idea for PAC modification and dye adsorption performance improvement.
