摘 要:为处理水中低含量油,满足排水或膜过滤、离子交换等工艺进水水质要求,选用粉煤灰、滑石粉和重钙粉为吸附剂,去除油的性能。结果表明,在单因素实验中粉煤灰、滑石粉、重钙粉在投加20 g/L吸附剂,搅拌转速为200 r/min,吸附时间分别为60、45、45 min条件下,去除率可分别达到64.61%、57.66%、43.72%,除油速率大小顺序为粉煤灰>滑石粉>重钙粉。除油过程符合准2级动力学模型,Henry、Freundlich等温吸附模型拟合R^(2)在0.77~0.89。粉煤灰除油正交实验得出,在投加30 g/L吸附剂,以200 r/min转速搅拌120 min条件下除油效果最好,去除率为69.73%。搅拌转速影响最大,其次是投加量。The fly ash, talcum powder, and heavy calcium powder as adsorbents were selected to treat the low content of oil in water for the requirements of effluent water quality, the influent water quality of membrane filtration, and ion exchange processes. The removal performance of low concentration oil in water was investigated, and the results showed that the removal rates of fly ash, talcum powder, and calcium carbonate powder were 64.61%,57.66%, and 43.72%, respectively in the single factor test under the conditions of 20 g/L adsorbents, stirring strength of 200 rad/min, and different adsorption time(60 min, 45 min, and 45 min). The order of oil removal rate was: fly ash > talcum powder > calcium carbonate powder. The results showed that the process of oil removal accords with the quasi second order kinetic model, and the fitting R^(2)of Henry and Freundlich isotherm adsorption models is between 0.77 and 0.89. The results of the orthogonal test showed that the best oil removal rate was 69.73% under the condition of 30 g/L adsorbent and stirring speed of 200 r/min for 120 min, which indicated the great influence of mixing intensity, followed by the dosage.
