摘　　要：针对驻国外某公司B油田采出水和回注水pH低,钙、镁、氯离子、溶解氧、原油、悬浮物含量较高,矿化度大,腐蚀性强,与地层水配伍性差等不足,开发了集成反应吸附絮凝技术和气液多相溶气泵气浮技术的反应吸附净水处理工艺,通过批实验,筛选出了适宜的清水剂、缓蚀阻垢剂和除氧剂及优化的操作条件:气体体积流量3 L/min,气泡孔径G6,气浮时间2 min,清水剂4^(#)剂量20 mg/L;阻垢剂5^(#),加药量50 mg/L;除氧剂CYJ-2,加药20 mg/L。可有效保障B油田污水处理水质使之满足回注要求(CT PK1662-2007),并可减缓管线、注水井及设备腐蚀。Aimed at the produced water and refilled water of B oilfield of overseas company had the following defects,low pH,high content of calcium,magnesium,chloride ion,dissolved oxygen,crude oil and suspended solids,high salinity,strong corrosiveness,poor compatibility with formation water,etc,a reaction adsorption water treatment process integrated with a reaction adsorption flocculation technique and a gas-liquid multiphase dissolved gas pump air flotation technology was developed and used to treat these wastewaters.Through batch experiments,suitable clean water agents,corrosion and scale inhibitors and deoxidizers and optimized operating conditions were screened out,gas volume flow rate was 3 L/min,bubble pore size was G6,air floatation time was 2 min,water-clearing agent 4^(#)dosage was 20 mg/L,scale inhibitor 5^(#)dosage was 50 mg/L,oxygen scavenger CYJ-2 dosage was 20 mg/L.It could effectively guarantee the water quality of B oilfield after treatment to meet the re-injection requirements(CT PK1662-2007),and could reduce corrosion of pipelines,injection wells and equipment.
