摘 要:考察电氧化耦合陶瓷膜过滤技术对某医院污水中污染物的去除效果,探讨了电流密度、电极材料、膜的截留分子量等对除污效能的影响。结果表明,该耦合工艺对SS、TP和抗生素(磺胺甲噁唑)的去除率分别达到99.94%、57.62%和98.14%。含适量Cl^(-)的污水通过电氧化处理后NH_(4)^(+)-N、COD的去除率分别被提高至99.50%、91.4%,对应出水NH_(4)^(+)-N的质量浓度和COD分别为0.33 mg/L和5 mg/L。NH_(4)^(+)-N的去除主要归因于电氧化产生的Cl_(2)/OCl^(-)。医院污水中适量的Cl^(-)存在会极大地促进有机物的降解,此时电氧化对污水中各类有机物均有很好的去除效果。因此,该耦合工艺可协同处理抗生素、NH_(4)^(+)-N和COD等。综合来说,BDD阳极的除污能力强于Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)。The effect of electro-oxidation coupled ceramic membrane filtration technology on the removal of pollutants in wastewater of a hospital in the south was investigated,and the effects of current density,electrode material,and molecular weight cutoff of the membrane on the decontamination efficiency were discussed.The results indicated that the removal rate of solid suspended solids,total phosphorus and antibiotics(sulfamethoxazole)by the coupling process could reached 99.94%,57.62%and 98.14%,respectively.The removal rates after electro-oxidation treatment with an appropriate amount of Cl^(-)were increased to 99.50%for ammonia nitrogen and 91.4%for COD of sewage,and the mass concentration of NH_(4)^(+)-N and COD in the effluent were 0.33 mg/L and 5 mg/L,respectively.In addition,the removal of NH_(4)^(+)-N was mainly attributed to the Cl_(2)/OCl^(-)produced by electrooxidation.The presence of an appropriate amount of Cl^(-)in the hospital sewage would greatly improve the degradation of organic matter.In this case,electrooxidation had a good improvement in removing all kinds of organic matter in hospital sewage.Therefore,the coupling process can coordinate the treatment of antibiotics,ammonia nitrogen,and COD.And BDD anode has the better decontamination ability than Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2).
