摘  要:以200 t/d的豆制品废水处理工程为研究对象,采用气浮-ABR-生物接触氧化组合工艺对其进行处理。结果表明:当进水COD为8409~14501 mg/L、BOD_(5)为3246~6894 mg/L、NH_(4)^(+)-N为41~111 mg/L、TN为187~365 mg/L、TP为21~39 mg/L时,组合工艺出水水质达到了当地污水处理厂纳管标准。该组合工艺对COD、BOD、TN、TP平均去除率分别达到98.31%、98.30%、91.23%和95.36%。该组合工艺具有工程费用低、运行费用少、耐冲击负荷能力强等优点。A 200 t/d soybean wastewater treatment system as a study object was studied,a combined process included air flotation,ABR,biological contact oxidation was utilized.The results indicated that the influent COD,BOD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN and TP concentrations were respectively 8409~14501 mg/L,3246~6894 mg/L,41~111 mg/L,187~365 mg/L and 21~39 mg/L,the effluent concentrations reached a local wastewater treatment plants receiving standard,the averaged removal rates of COD,BOD_(5),TN,TP were 98.31%,98.30%,91.23%and 95.36%.The combined process has the following advantages of low engineering cost,low operation cost and strong impact load resistance.
