摘  要:为解决某型飞机短波电台发话烧毁通信导航设备(CNI)备份控制器(BPU)OC门芯片的故障,通过分析短波干扰产生的机理、测试被干扰线路上的耦合电平等,确定短波电台PTT线是干扰源,超短波电台PTT线上的干扰信号超过OC门的烧毁阈值,导致OC门芯片烧毁。经对短波电台PTT线、超短波电台PTT线分别采取就近接地、缩短长度、串联电阻、线束散开、线缆屏蔽等电磁加固措施,短波电台PTT线中的干扰信号、超短波电台PTT线上的感应信号都明显减小。综合考虑时间、成本后确定,通过更换接地电阻过大或不稳定的PTT开关、部分超短波电台PTT线换成单根屏蔽线解决电磁干扰问题。In order to solve the problem that the OC gate chip of aircraft communication navigation and identification (CNI) backup panel unit (BPU) is burned out by HF radio transmission,by analyzing the mechanism of HF radio interference and testing the coupling level on the disturbed line,it is determined that the HF radio PTT (press to talk) line is the interference source,and the interference signal on the V/UHF radio PTT line exceeds the burn out threshold of the OC gate,resulting in the burn out of the OC gate chip.After taking electromagnetic reinforcement measures such as nearby grounding,shortening the length,series resistance,wire harness dispersion and cable shielding for HF radio PTT line and V/UHF radio PTT line,the interference signal in HF radio PTT line and induction signal on V/UHF radio PTT line are significantly reduced.After comprehensively considering the time and cost,it is determined to solve the problem of electromagnetic interference by replacing the PTT switch with excessive or unstable grounding resistance and replacing some V/UHF radio PTT lines with a single shielded line.
