摘  要:为了提高可重构天线的频率调谐范围,设计了一种液晶嵌入电调谐频率可重构双频天线。对液晶嵌入取向层处理方法、封装方法、电调谐介电特性测试原理与方法进行了研究。采用三层堆叠方式设计了液晶天线结构,在馈电微带下方填充液晶,利用液晶材料的电控特性改变天线的电特性,从而实现双频可调谐。分析了液晶天线寄生枝节尺寸、矩形微带馈线矩形槽宽度、液晶材料介电常数等关键参数变化对天线性能的影响。实测结果表明:液晶天线低频段频率调谐范围0.28 GHz,相对带宽20.6%,高频段频率调谐范围0.41 GHz,相对带宽13.7%,实测结果与仿真结果一致性较好。设计的液晶天线加工封装方法简单、外形兼容性强、功能带宽较宽,具有双频可调谐能力,能够满足现代通信系统对可重构天线的工作需求。To improve the frequency tunable range of a reconfigurable antenna,an electrically reconfigurable dual-band antenna was designed based upon embedded liquid crystal.Studies were subsequently performed on the fabrication,packaging,electrically tunable dielectric characteristics,testing principle and method to control the embedding orientation of liquid crystal layer.The structure of the liquid crystal antenna was designed by three-layer stacking.The liquid crystal was filled below the feed microstrip,and the electrical characteristics of the antenna were controlled by applying electrical field to the liquid crystal material,which realized tunable frequency.The effect of critical parameters on the performance of the antenna were analyzed,which include the size of the parasitic branch,the width of the rectangular slot of the rectangular microstrip feeder and the dielectric constant of the liquid crystal material.The measured results show that the frequency tunable range of the liquid crystal antenna is 0.28 GHz with relative bandwidth of 20.6%in the low frequency band,which is 0.41 GHz with relative bandwidth of 13.7%in the high frequency band.The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The designed liquid crystal antenna has the advantages of simple processing and packaging method,strong appearance compatibility,wide functional bandwidth and dual-frequency tunable ability.It can meet the working requirements of modern communication system for reconfigurable antenna.
