摘  要:为了解决传统PID控制器参数不易整定以及控制过程中无法进行参数动态调整的问题,引入了基于变容二极管的忆阻器模型,提出了忆阻PID自适应控制系统,实现了PID控制系统中参数的自动更新。在理论推导的基础之上,进行了Multisim仿真与物理实验。观察了对正弦波和三角波信号的控制结果,并在现有研究成果之上对冲激信号的控制效果进行分析。结果表明,忆阻PID控制系统对冲激信号的整定时间为10.724μs,优于一般传统PID系统的对应参数。基于变容二极管的忆阻PID自适应控制系统具有比传统PID控制器更好的控制效果,是一种实现智能PID控制器的新方法。To address the difficulties for adjusting parameters and the dynamically adapting problems for traditional PID controller,a PID control system based on memristors(M-PID)was designed,where the memristor model was based on the varactor diodes.The proposed M-PID control system could automatically update the parameters.Based upon theoretical derivation,not only the Multisim simulation was carried out,but also the circuit experiment was conducted.The control results of sinusoidal and triangular wave signals were observed.In addition,experiments were also performed on the pulsed signals based on the existing research results.The results show that the setting time of the M-PID control system is 10.724μs,which is better than that of the traditional PID system.It is a new method to realize intelligent PID controller.
