摘　　要：美国Civic Switchboard项目旨在促进图书馆开放数据服务的发展,该项目15家获奖图书馆的开放数据服务较具代表性,值得我国图书馆学习借鉴。本文利用网络调查法对这15家获奖图书馆开展的开放数据服务进行研究,分析其实践内容。我国图书馆在开展开放数据服务过程中,可以参考美国图书馆的思路和做法,找准图书馆在城市开放数据生态系统中的定位;群策群力,打造图书馆开放数据服务联盟;基于不同年龄段需求制定数据素养课程,全面提升民众“数商”;构建图书馆知识元库,创新数据的共享与使用;在开放数据环境中捍卫隐私数据安全。Civic Switchboard is a project aims to promote the development of open data service in American libraries.The 15 Field Project Awards in this project are highly representative,whose practices are worth learning.The article investigates the practices of these libraries by means of Internet survey.In the process of open data service,Chinese libraries could learn from the ideas and methods of their American counterparts:Identifying the position of library in open data ecosystem,working together to build the Library Open Data Service Alliance,developing data literacy courses based on the needs from different age groups to comprehensively improve people’s“Data Quotient”,building library’s knowledge element database and renovating the ways of data share and usage,securing private data in the open data environment.
