摘　　要：“忽略型行动”是行动哲学中备受争议的一个概念,它关乎心理因果、道义责任、多行动者互动等重要主题。清晰界定“忽略型行动”中的事态与行动者的因果依赖关系,在某种意义上可以为其作为一种行动类型进行辩护。在此基础上,利用动态语义对实施型行动与“忽略型行动”进行统一的语义构造。这种构造不仅可以对“忽略型行动”的形式特征进行较为深入的语义分析,还有助于对包含“忽略型行动”的实践推理的逻辑结构进行比较细致的表达。Action by omission is a controversial concept in the philosophy of action,yet it relates to some important topics such as mental causality,moral responsibility,and multiple agents interaction.A clear definition of the causal dependence between states of affairs and agents in action by omission can justify it as a type of action.On this basis,we give an unified semantic conformation for action by commission and action by omission using dynamic semantics.This construction not only provides a deep semantic analysis of the formal features of action by omission,but also helps to express delicately the logical structure of practical reasoning which include action by omission.
