摘　　要：慢性难愈合创面再生潜能细胞不足或难以被激活,细胞增殖与迁移能力较弱,导致创面愈合过慢,病程较长,不仅影响患者的生活质量,还会增加患者及社会的经济负担。皮肤再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)自创立以来,得到了各级政府和领导的高度关注与大力支持,各级医疗机构积极响应,促进了中西医结合治疗创面的进一步发展。笔者梳理了MEBT/MEBO治疗慢性难愈合创面的相关机理,以期扩大MEBT/MEBO在临床上的应用范围,服务于更多患者。Potential regenerative cells in chronic refractory wounds are less or hard to be activated,and cells on such wounds have weak ability of proliferation and migration,leading to protracted wound healing and long course of dis⁃ease,which not only affects patient’s quality of life,but also increases the burden of patients and the society.Since its establishment,Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBT/MEBO)has attracted great attention and support from governments and leaders at all levels,and received positive response from medical units at different levels,which promoted the further development of wound treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This paper summarized the relevant mechanism of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds,in hope of expan⁃ding its application in clinical practice to benefit more patients.
