摘 要:"一带一路"倡议提出以来,我国高校非通用语种人才培养规模大幅增长,但教材建设依然滞后。除了总量不足外,各语种教材资源严重失衡,教材建设的持续性、系统性和规范性有待完善,对外版教材的监管也亟须加强。本文建议结合当前国家需要和教育发展的客观规律,根据不同语种的人才培养规模、师资队伍状况和对象国所能提供的资源,对非通用语种的教材建设进行分类规划,逐步推进。The number of Less Commonly Taught Foreign Language programmes in colleges and universities nationwide has increased significantly since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward. However, compilation and production of textbooks fail to match up to the sharp increase of these programmes. In addition to the shortage of textbooks, the resources of textbooks for different languages also see a serious imbalance. The continuity, systematicity and standardization of textbook construction need to be improved, and the supervision of foreign textbooks is also in urgent need of further enhancement. This paper suggests that the construction of textbooks for Less Commonly Taught Foreign Languages should be planned separately and promoted gradually according to the current needs of the country and the objective laws of educational development, and the size of student enrollment in different language programmes, the status of teaching staff and the resources that the target countries can provide.
