摘 要:谐振开关电容变换器(RSCC)通常采用移相控制调节输出电压,但该方法易增大谐振电流峰值,影响RSCC效率。为此,该文提出一种基于移相控制的占空比优化策略,通过改变占空比实现零电压软开关,降低开关损耗。首先在RSCC移相控制调压原理分析基础上,采用状态轨迹法研究其软开关下的电压比范围;然后建立RSCC通用电压比模型,通过分析占空比对RSCC谐振特性影响规律,进而提出RSCC的占空比优化策略;最后通过实验结果表明,与传统移相控制相比,该文所提占空比优化策略可有效改善RSCC的软开关电压比范围,提高整机效率。The phase shift control is generally applied to resonant switched capacitor converter(RSCC)for voltage regulation purpose.But it tends to increase the peak resonant current and affect system efficiency.Thus a phase shift control based duty ratio optimization strategy is proposed to achieve zero voltage switching(ZVS).Firstly,by analyzing the voltage regulation principle of phase shift control,the conversion ratio range under soft switching are studied by the state trajectory method.Then the RSCC general conversion ratio model is established.By analyzing the influence of duty cycle on resonant characteristics of RSCC,the duty cycle optimization strategy is proposed.Experimental results show that,compared with traditional phase shift control,the duty cycle optimization strategy proposed in this paper can effectively improve the soft-switching conversion ratio range and the efficiency.
