经期静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗慢性附件炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析经期静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗慢性附件炎的临床疗效。方法 80例慢性附件炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者在经期第5天进行阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患者在经期第1天进行阿奇霉素治疗。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.00%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用阿奇霉素对慢性附件炎进行治疗时,用药时间十分关键,从患者经期第1天开始用药可以改善临床症状及指标,阿奇霉素的安全性比较高,副反应比较少,可以帮助患者减少困扰,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of intravenous infusion of azithromycin during menstrual period in the treatment of chronic adnexitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic adnexitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 40 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin on the 5 th day of menstruation, and patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin on the 1 st day of menstruation. The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.50% in the observation group was higher than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.00% in the observation group was lower than 20.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic adnexitis with azithromycin, the timing of administration is critical. Starting from the first day of menstrual period can improve clinical symptoms and indicators, and azithromycin has a relatively high safety and a fewer side effects, which can help patients to be less disturbed. It is worthy of application.
