苏黄止咳胶囊对支气管哮喘患者气道炎症及细胞免疫功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患者选用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗的价值。方法 40例支气管哮喘患者,按1∶1比例分为对照组及观察组,每组20例。对照组选用常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上选用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)]、免疫功能。结果观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CRP(13.31±2.11)mg/L、IL-6(9.02±2.41)ng/ml、EOS(0.41±0.02)×10^(9)/L、IgE(39.11±16.02)IU/ml低于对照组的(15.35±3.12)mg/L、(13.12±3.52)ng/ml、(0.63±0.08)×10^(9)/L、(65.68±23.11)IU/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组, CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊在支气管哮喘治疗中效果确切,可降低机体炎症反应水平,亦可提高其免疫功能,值得借鉴。Objective To discuss the value of Suhuang Zhike Capsule on airway inflammation and cellular immunity in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 40 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into control group and observation group at a ratio of 1∶1, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional regimen, and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsule on the basis of the control group. Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, inflammatory indicators [C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-8(IL-8), blood eosinophils(EOS), immunoglobulin E(IgE)], and immune function. Results The total effective rate 95.00% in the observation group was higher than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the CRP(13.31±2.11) mg/L, IL-6(9.02±2.41) ng/ml, EOS(0.41±0.02)×10^(9)/L, IgE(39.11±16.02) IU/ml of the observation group were lower than(15.35±3.12) mg/L,(13.12±3.52) ng/ml,(0.63±0.08)×10^(9)/L,(65.68±23.11) IU/ml of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the CD3^(+), CD4^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the CD8^(+) was lower than that of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Suhuang Zhike Capsule has a definite effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma. It can reduce the level of inflammation in the body and improve its immune function. It is worth learning.
