摘　　要：斜毯式投料机是浮法玻璃生产工艺中熔窑投料的重要设备,由于玻璃熔制是连续生产,日常生产过程中无法停机,若因设备故障意外停机更换投料机配件,会导致窑炉工艺的变动,影响玻璃质量。在不影响投料机正常运行的前提下,不停机的在线检修方案可实现大部分易损件的在线检修更换,为企业稳定生产提供有力保障,也可为相关玻璃行业设备维保人员日常检修提供参考。Inclined type feeding machine is an important equipment for feeding melting furnace in the floating glass production. Because the glass melting is a continuous process, it cannot be stopped in the daily production. If the feeder parts are accidentally replaced due to equipment failure, the melting process will be changed and the glass quality will be affected. Under the premise of not affecting the normal run of the feeding machine, the online maintenance plan without shutdown can realize the online maintenance and replacement of most vulnerable parts, provide a strong guarantee for the stable production, and also provide equipment maintenance personnel reference for the daily maintenance in the related glass industry.
