摘 要:随着不确定性因素与系统风险的增加,韧性城市建设已经成为影响经济和社会高质量发展的关键环节。强化应急管理体系是增强城市韧性的基础,数字经济时代,推动面向韧性城市建设的应急物流智慧化转型具有重要意义。文章首先以中国知网数据库为数据源,利用CiteSpace软件对韧性城市和应急物流两大领域的研究热点进行可视化分析,进而根据韧性城市的多维发展目标提出智慧应急物流体系的功能要求,设计了由数据采集层、数据存储层、数据分析层、业务逻辑层和服务应用层构成的智慧应急物流系统架构,最后,从技术升级、流程创新和机制融合三大维度阐述了面向韧性城市建设的智慧应急物流运行模式。研究结论可以为韧性城市建设及应急物流智慧化转型领域的研究者与实践者提供参考。With the increase of uncertainty factors and systemic risks,resilient city construction has become a significant link affecting high-quality economic and social development.Strengthening emergency management systems is fundamental to enhancing the resilience of cities,and it is important to promote the smart transformation of resilient city construction-oriented emergency logistics in the era of digital economy.This paper first used data in the CNKI database to analyze the research focuses of literature on two major areas based on CiteSpace software:resilient city and emergency logistics.Then,the functional requirements of smart emergency logistics system were proposed according to the multidimensional development objectives of resilient city,and the system architecture of the smart emergency logistics was derived,which consists of data collection layer,data storage layer,data analysis layer,business logic layer and service application layer.Finally,the operating model of resilient city construction-oriented smart emergency logistics is elaborated from three dimensions:technology upgrading,process innovation and mechanism integration.The findings can serve as a reference for researchers and practitioners in the fields of resilient city construction and smart transformation of emergency logistics.
