摘　　要：在保障性住房设计中,如何最大限度地体现均好性是关键。本文以南京栖霞区创业园保障性住房二期为例,从总图布局、户型设计、地库设计及景观空间四个方面来探讨如何在设计中落实均好性原则,满足住户均等享受居住环境的需求。In the design of affordable housing,how to maximize the uniformity is the key.This article takes the second phase of affordable housing in the Pioneer Park,Qixia District,Nanjing City as an example,and discusses how to implement the principle of uniformity in the design from four aspects:general layout,house design,basement design and landscape space,so that residents can enjoy the living environment equally.
