摘　　要：近年来,随着经济社会的高速发展,城市人口逐年增加,迫使建筑施工面积越来越少,发达城市对高层建筑的需求越来越多,而高层地基基础和桩基基础的施工是最关键的部分,做好了桩基础的施工,就有利于高层建筑地基的强度和附着力。因此在实际施工中,结合现实情况做好建筑基础的选型和施工具有重要的意义。In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,the urban population has increased year by year,leading to gradual decline of the available construction area.The demand for high-rise buildings in developed cities is increasing,and the construction of high-rise building foundations and pile foundations is the most important part,good construction of the pile foundation is beneficial for the strength and adhesion of the foundation of the high-rise building.Therefore,in actual construction,it is of great significance to do a good job in the selection and construction of the building foundations based on the actual situation.
