自制手套式沙袋在小儿股静脉穿刺后局部压迫止血中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制手套式沙袋在小儿股静脉穿刺后局部压迫止血中的效果。方法:将93例经股静脉穿刺后的患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组47例,对照组46例。实验组在股静脉穿刺后采用输液贴贴于患处,然后用自制沙袋压迫局部止血,对照组采用传统方法用棉签按压局部止血,24 h后比较两组患儿局部血肿、渗血、出血的发生率。结果:实验组有效率100%,对照组有效率84.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制手套式沙袋在小儿股静脉穿刺后局部压迫止血具有效果显著,操作简单,可减少局部出血、渗血、血肿及皮下出血的发生。Objective :To explore the effect of self-made glove-type sandbags on local compression and hemostasis after femoral vein puncture in children.Methods :A total of 93 cases of patients after femoral vein puncture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,47 cases in experimental group and 46 cases in control group. After the femoral vein puncture,the experimental group was affixed with an infusion patch to the affected area,and then a homemade sandbag was used. Local hemostasis was oppressed,and the control group used a traditional method to press the local hemostasis with a cotton swab. After 24 hours,the incidences of local hematoma,bleeding and incidence of bleeding in the two groups were compared.Results :The effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,and the effective rate of the control group was 84. 8%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0. 05).Conclusion :The self-made glove-type sandbag has significant effect on hemostasis by local compression after femoral vein puncture in children. The operation is simple and can reduce the occurrence of local bleeding,bleeding,hematoma and subcutaneous bleeding.
