摘  要:非爆连续开采是地下非煤矿山未来技术发展的重要趋势。从煤炭开采经验、机械破岩装备以及硬岩致裂技术等方面系统地阐述了地下非煤矿山非爆连续开采的可行性。介绍了贵州某金属矿综合机械化掘进和综合机械化回采技术应用实践取得的成效,为地下非煤矿山非爆连续开采提供案例借鉴。最后展望了地下非煤矿山非爆连续开采需解决的关键技术和发展方向,建议重点开展硬岩碎裂实用技术、差异化矿岩特性与非爆破岩方式适配模型及非煤中厚-厚大矿体非爆机械连续智能开采工艺等方面进行创新攻关,引领矿山开采技术向更加低碳环保、智能高效的方向发展。Non-explosive continuous mining is an important trend in the future technological development of underground non-coal mines.This paper systematically expounds the feasibility of non explosive continuous mining in underground non coal mines from the aspects of coal mining experience,mechanical rock breaking equipment and hard rock fracture technology.The application results of comprehensive mechanized excavation and comprehensive mechanized mining technology in the metal mine,Guizhou Province are introduced,which provides a case study for non-explosive continuous mining in underground non-coal mines.Finally,the key technologies and development directions that need to be solved for non-blasting continuous mining in underground non-coal mines are foreseen.It is recommended to focus on the practical technology of hard rock fragmentation,the adaptation model between differentiated ore characteristics and non-blasting rock mode,and the non-explosive mechanical continuous intelligent mining technology of non-coal medium-thick ore bodies,so as to lead the development of mining technology to a more low-carbon,environmentally friendly,intelligent and high efficiency direction.
