冠心病病人二级预防认知水平量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:编制冠心病病人二级预防认知水平量表,并进行信效度检验。方法:通过文献回顾、访谈、德尔菲专家咨询和预调查形成冠心病病人二级预防认知水平量表初始量表,对390例冠心病病人进行正式调查以检验量表信效度,并形成最终的冠心病病人二级预防认知水平量表。结果:最终形成的冠心病病人二级预防认知水平量表包括疾病知识认知、危险因素认知、健康行为认知、疾病监测认知、身心健康认知和应对策略认知6个维度,共36个条目。效度分析显示,量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.917;探索性因子分析测得6个公因子的累积方差贡献率为67.651%;量表6个维度间的相关系数为0.397~0.570,各维度与量表总体间的相关系数为0.649~0.903。信度分析显示,量表总体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.956,6个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.859,0.956,0.858,0.835,0.829和0.904;量表总体折半信度为0.841,6个维度的折半信度分别为0.825,0.905,0.808,0.808,0.789和0.819;量表总体的重测信度为0.921,6个维度的重测信度分别为0.934,0.890,0.912,0.907,0.922和0.950。验证性因子分析测得卡方自由度比值为1.559,比较拟合指数为0.935,增值拟合指数为0.936,Tucker-Lewis指数为0.930,近似误差均方根为0.051。结论:本研究编制的冠心病病人二级预防认知水平量表具有良好的信效度,可以用以测评冠心病病人二级预防认知水平。Objective:To develop a secondary prevention cognitive level scale for patients with coronary heart disease,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The initial scale of secondary prevention cognitive level scale for patients with coronary heart disease was formed by literature review,interviews,Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation.390 patients with coronary heart disease were formally investigated to test reliability and validity of the scale,and form final secondary prevention cognitive level scale for patients with coronary heart disease.Results:The final secondary prevention cognitive level scale for patients with coronary heart disease included 6 dimensions with disease knowledge cognition,risk factor cognition,health behavior cognition,disease monitoring cognition,physical and mental health cognition,and coping strategy cognition,involving 36 items.Validity analysis showed that item-level content validity index was from 0.86 to 1.00,scale-level content validity index was 0.917.Exploratory factor analysis measured cumulative variance contribution rate of 6 common factors was 67.651%.Correlation coefficient among 6 dimensions of the scale was from 0.397 to 0.570,and correlation coefficient between each dimension and overall scale was from 0.649 to 0.903.Reliability analysis showed that overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.956,and Cronbach’s α coefficients of the 6 dimensions were 0.859,0.956,0.858,0.835,0.829 and 0.904,respectively.Overall half-reliability of the scale was 0.841,and half-reliability of 6 dimensions were 0.825,0.905,0.808,0.808,0.789 and 0.819,respectively.Overall test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.921,and test-retest reliability of 6 dimensions were 0.934,0.890,0.912,0.907,0.922 and 0.950,respectively.The confirmatory factor analysis measured ratio of chisquare degrees of freedom was 1.559,comparative fix index was 0.935,incremental fit index was 0.936,Tucker-Lewis index was0.930,and root mean square error approximation was 0.051.Conclusions:The
