临床用药中实施精细化药学管理的价值评估

摘　　要：目的评估临床用药中实施精细化药学管理的价值。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治的慢性疾病患者100例进行分析。按照随机抽样分组法分为两组,参比组患者(n=50)应用常规药学管理,观察组患者(n=50)应用精细化药学管理,分析两组管理效果。结果在对慢性疾病患者进行临床用药管理后,观察组患者的药物知识知晓率、生活质量评分、用药依从性、管理满意度均优于参比组,且不合理用药情况少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对慢性疾病患者进行临床用药管理时,应用精细化药学管理能够丰富患者药物知识储备,提升生活水平,增强用药依从性,提高管理满意度,减少不合理用药情况,建议应用。Objective To evaluate the value of implementing refined pharmaceutical management in clinical medication.Methods 100 patients with chronic diseases treated in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected for analysis.They were divided into two groups by random sampling.Patients in the reference group(n=50)were treated with routine pharmaceutical management,and patients in the observation group(n=50)were treated with refined pharmaceutical management.Analyzed the management effects of the two groups.Results After the clinical medication management of patients with chronic diseases,the observation group's drug knowledge,quality of life score,medication compliance,and management satisfaction were better than the reference group,and there were fewer irrational medications,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical management of patients with chronic diseases,the application of refined pharmaceutical management can enrich the patient's drug knowledge,improve living standards,enhance drug compliance,improve management satisfaction,and reduce irrational drug use.It is recommended to apply.
