尘肺病预防性体检中健康管理的实施效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估尘肺病预防性体检中健康管理的实施效果。方法将2020年9月—2021年5月该院接收的尘肺病预防性体检人员100名,按照随机分组法分为两组,每组50名。参比组体检人员应用常规方式管理,研究组体检人员应用健康管理,分析两组管理前后的尘肺病预防知识了解情况、尘肺病预防操作依从性、管理满意度、尘肺病发生率。结果两组体检人员管理前的尘肺病预防知识了解情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组体检人员管理后的尘肺病预防知识了解情况、尘肺病预防操作依从性、管理满意度均好于参比组,且尘肺病发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对尘肺病预防性体检人员进行管理时,使用健康管理能够丰富体检人员尘肺病预防知识,提高管理满意度,降低尘肺病发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of health management in preventive physical examination for pneumoconiosis.Methods From September 2020 and May 2021,and 100 cases of pneumoconiosis preventive medical examiners received in the hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random method,with 50 cases in each group.The medical examiners of the reference group were managed by conventional methods,and the medical examiners of the study group were managed by health.Analysis of pneumoconiosis prevention knowledge and understanding,compliance with pneumoconiosis prevention operations,management satisfaction,and incidence of pneumoconiosis of the two groups before and after management.Results There was no statistcally significant difference in the knowledge of pneumoconiosis prevention before management between the two groups of medical examiners(P>0.05).The knowledge of pneumoconiosis prevention,compliance with pneumoconiosis prevention operation,and management satisfaction after the management of the medical examiners in the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the incidence of pneumoconiosis was lower,the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of pneumoconiosis preventive physical examination personnel,the use of health management can enrich physical examination personnel's pneumoconiosis prevention knowledge,improve management satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of pneumoconiosis.
