摘 要:目的探讨临床输血安全问题在医院和血站之间的衔接问题。方法回顾分析菏泽市中心血站2019年1月—2020年12月期间的临床输血工作,比较加强医院和血站的沟通管理前后的临床用血安全质量。结果加强医院和血站的沟通管理后的血液制品质量安全合格率(99.6%>96.4%)和综合满意度(96.1%>87.3%)均高于加强管理前,而管理后医院在血站服务态度[(97.31±2.06)分>(89.12±4.13)分]和技术水平[(96.35±6.03)分>(88.23±4.46)分]的质量评分同样高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强医院和血站的沟通管理,其对于提高临床输血安全具有积极的影响。Objective To explore the connection of clinical blood transfusion safety issues between hospitals and blood stations.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical blood transfusion work in the Heze Center Blood Station from January 2019 to December 2020,and comparison of the safety and quality of clinical blood before and after strengthening the communication management between the hospital and the blood station.Results The blood product quality and safety qualification rate(99.6%>96.4%)and overall satisfaction(96.1%>87.3%)after strengthening the communication management between the hospital and the blood station were higher than before the strengthening management,after the management,the hospital's service attitude[(97.31±2.06)points>(89.12±4.13)points]and technical level[(96.35±6.03)points>(88.23±4.46)points]in the blood station were also higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the communication management between hospitals and blood stations has a positive impact on improving the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
