摘　　要：通过在医院门诊设立一站式服务中心,丰富了门诊服务质量的内涵,为患者提供高效、便捷、连续、综合的高质量、人性化服务,更好地满足了患者的需求。该文通过综述一站式服务中心定义、一站式服务中心的服务内容、一站式服务中心在门诊的应用以及取得的成效等内容,旨在为今后一站式服务中心在门诊服务的进一步发展提供参考,推动一站式服务中心在医院门诊服务中的进一步发展。The establishment of a one-stop service center in the outpatient department of the hospital enriches the connotation of outpatient service quality,provides patients with efficient,convenient,continuous and comprehensive high-quality,humanized services,and better meets the needs of patients.This article summarizes the definition of the one-stop service center,the service content of the one-stop service center,the application of the one-stop service center in the outpatient department and the results achieved.It aims to provide a reference for the further development of one-stop service centers in outpatient services in the future,and promote the further development of one-stop service centers in hospital outpatient services.
