疏肝补肾明目汤结合针刺辅治视神经萎缩疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝补肾明目汤结合穴位针刺辅治视神经萎缩的效果。方法:50例按照随机数字表法分为常规组25例(26眼)和研究组25例(27眼)。两组均用常规治疗,研究组加用疏肝补肾明目汤及针刺治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于常规组(P<0.05),治疗1个月后研究组视力、MS、VFI大于常规组、MD小于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组P_(100)波潜伏期短于常规组、振幅大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝补肾明目汤结合针刺辅治视神经萎缩疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Shugan Bushen Mingmu Decoction combined with acupuncture on optic nerve atrophy.Methods:According to the random number table method,50 cases were divided into routine group of 25 cases(26 eyes) and study group of 25 cases(27 eyes).Both groups were treated with conventional therapy,and the study group were additionally treated with Shugan Bushen Mingmu Decoction and acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The visual acuity,MS and VFI in the study group were greater than those in the conventional group after 1 month of treatment.MD was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the P_(100) wave latency of the study group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the amplitude was greater than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Bushen Mingmu Decoction combined with acupuncture has good curative effect on optic nerve atrophy.
