仰头摇正手法结合岐黄针治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:仰头摇正手法结合岐黄针治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法:80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组予以仰头摇正手法结合岐黄针治疗,对照组予以推拿治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组92.25%,对照组72.25%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后DHI评分均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗后3个月改善指数治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仰头摇正手法结合岐黄针疗法治疗颈性眩晕长期疗效优于推拿治疗。Objective:To study the effect of face upward rotation bonesetting manipulation combined with Qihuang acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with face upward rotation bonesetting manipulation combined with Qihuang acupuncture,while the control group were treated with massage therapy.Results:The total effective rate was 92.25% in the treatment group and 72.25% in the control group(P<0.05).The DHI scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at the time point of 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The long-term curative effect of face upward rotation bonesetting manipulation combined with Qihuang acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo is superior to that of massage therapy.
