摘 要:目的探索联合应用迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)与操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)评价系统在血液肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用价值和效果。方法随机选取2019年3月—2020年1月期间于华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院血液肿瘤科接受住院医师规范化培训的80名培训人员,将其随机分为两组。按照培养计划,A组定期接受多次Mini-CEX和DOPS考核与反馈。B组仅在住院医师规范化培训周期的最后1周接受Mini-CEX和DOPS考核。为期2个月的住院医师规范化培训结束时,采取出科考试和填写满意度调查问卷的形式,了解两组人员的教学效果及其对教学形式的满意情况。结果学习成绩方面,规范化培训期间及培训结束时的Mini-CEX评估结果、DOPS评分,A组成绩均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。规范化培训结束时的满意度调查显示,A组人员对于教学形式、教学结果的满意度高于B组人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中,与传统的教学模式相比,Mini-CEX联合DOPS评价系统能够提高学员的学习成绩,提高对理论知识和临床技能操作的掌握情况,同时增加其对教学形式的满意程度。Objective To explore the application value and effect of the combined application of Mini-CEX and Direct Observation and Evaluation of Operating Skills(DOPS)in the clinical teaching of standardized training for residents of the Department of Hematology Oncology.Methods From March 2019 to January 2020,80 trainers who received standardized training as residents in the Department of Hematology and Oncology,Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were randomly selected and divided into two groups at random.Accorded to the training plan,group A received multiple Mini-CEX and DOPS assessments and feedbacks on a regular basis.Group B only received Mini-CEX and DOPS assessments during the last week of the standardized training cycle for residents.At the end of the two-month standardized training for resident physicians,they received the form of examinations and filled in the satisfaction survey questionnaire to understand the teaching effects of the two groups of people and their satisfaction with the teaching methods.Results In terms of academic performance,the results of Mini-CEX evaluation and DOPS score during the standardized training period and at the end of the training,the scores of group A were higher than those of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey at the end of standardized training showed that the satisfaction of group A with the teaching style and teaching results was higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,Mini-CEX combined with the DOPS evaluation system can improve the students’academic performance,improve their mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills operation,and increase their knowledge in the standardized training of clinical teaching for resident physicians in the Department of Hematology and Oncology and satisfaction with the teaching format.
