强化风险管理责任感护理在心内科实习护士输液流程管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析强化风险管理责任感护理在心内科实习护士输液流程管理中的应用。方法选取2019年6月—2021年3月该院心内科接收的护理实习生94名,随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各47名,对照组实施传统护理管理模式,观察组实施强化风险责任感护理管理模式,观察两组护理实习生输液流程知识掌握程度、静脉输液针刺伤情况护理管理等情况。结果观察组实习生在无菌观念、准备用物、反复核对、整理用物以及沟通能力等流程知识评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生在携带污染针头至处置室途中、处理应用过的针头、拔针刺伤、分离针头以及整理治疗车等刺伤情况发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生在强化沟通表达能力、明确学习目标、激发学习自主性、专业知识掌握以及应急能力等情况评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心内科实习护士实施强化风险责任感输液流程护理管理模式,可有效强化实习护士对输液流程的了解与掌握,降低针刺情况发生率,提高实习护士护理管理满意程度。Objective To analyze the application of intensified risk management responsibility nursing in the management of infusion process of cardiology practice nurses.Methods A total of 94 nursing interns accepted by the cardiology department of the hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 47 in each group.The control group implemented the traditional nursing management model,and the observation group implemented the enhanced risk responsibility nursing management model.Observed the knowledge of the infusion process of the two groups of nursing trainees,and the nursing management of intravenous infusion needle stick injuries.Results The interns in the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of sterility concept,preparation of materials,repeated checks,sorting materials,and communication skills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of puncture injuries of the interns in the observation group while carrying contaminated needles to the treatment room,handling used needles,removing needles,separating needles,and tidying up the treatment cart was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of strengthening communication and expression skills,clarifying learning goals,stimulating learning autonomy,mastering professional knowledge,and emergency response capabilities,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the nursing management model of infusion process with enhanced risk and responsibility for the cardiology practice nurses can effectively strengthen the understanding and mastery of the infusion process by the practice nurses,reducing the incidence of acupuncture and improving the degree of satisfaction of nurses'nursing management.
