儿科护理风险管理中运用PDCA循环管理理念的价值

摘　　要：目的探析儿科护理风险管理中运用PDCA循环管理理念的价值。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月内于该院儿科工作的医务人员30名展开研究,按照随机分组法分为两组。在进行儿科护理风险管理时,参照组医务人员应用基础管理理念,研究组医务人员应用PDCA循环管理理念。分析两组儿科医务人员进行管理后的儿科理论知识掌握情况、儿科操作知识掌握情况、工作能力、管理满意度。结果在对儿科医务人员进行管理后,研究组医务人员的儿科理论知识掌握情况、儿科操作知识掌握情况均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医务人员的工作能力高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医务人员的管理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对儿科医务人员进行护理风险管理时,应用PDCA循环管理理念能够丰富医务人员儿科理论知识和操作知识,锻炼其工作能力,提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the value of PDCA cycle management in pediatric nursing risk management.Methods 30 medical staff working in the department of pediatrics in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for the study.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into two groups.When carrying out pediatric nursing risk management,the reference group medical staff applied the basic management concept,and the study group medical staff applied the PDCA cycle management concept.Analyzed the mastery of pediatric theoretical knowledge,pediatric operation knowledge,work ability,and management satisfaction of the two groups of pediatric medical staff after management.Results After the management of pediatric medical staff,the study group's medical staff's mastery of pediatric theoretical knowledge and pediatric operation knowledge were better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When carrying out nursing risk management for pediatric medical staff,the application of the PDCA cycle management concept can enrich medical staff's pediatric theoretical knowledge and operational knowledge,exercise their work ability,and improve management satisfaction.Research and application are recommended.
