三胎新政策下护士心理压力分析及对策

摘　　要：目的针对三胎新政策下该院护士的心理压力作现状调查,分析讨论采取的应对策略,以利于临床护士更好地面对日常护理工作,提高自我效能感。方法采取问卷调查法,2021年2—5月抽取该院78名护士,采用症状自评量表及护理部设计的心理压力现状调查问卷,针对问卷调查结果分析三胎政策下忽视的心理压力来源,并提出切实可行的应对策略。结果通过调查研究显示该院护士的心理压力来源主要包括:护理人力缺乏、工作强度增加与任务负荷重、工作状态比较紧张、环境压力致身心疲惫、职业生涯规划受影响、工作家庭角色冲突、护理决策支持系统的信息化建设体系不健全、社会层面支持不够。结论在三胎政策下,护士心理压力较大,护理决策层采取切实可行的应对策略,使其各方面心理压力得到有效缓解,护士自我效能感得以提高,帮助实现护士树立正面的积极心态,为患者更好地提供优质护理服务,为医院发展提供有力保障。Objective To investigate the current situation of the psychological pressure of nurses in the hospital under the new three-child policy,analyze and discuss the coping strategies adopted,so as to help clinical nurses better face daily nursing work and improve their sense of self-efficacy.Methods A questionnaire survey method was adopted,and 78 nurses in the hospital were selected from February to May 2021.Used the symptom self-rating scale and the psychological stress status survey questionnaire designed by the Department of Nursing,analyze the sources of psychological stress neglected under the three-child policy based on the results of the questionnaire,and propose practical coping strategies.Results According to investigations and studies,the sources of psychological stress of nurses in the hospital mainly include:lack of nursing manpower,increased work intensity and heavy task load,tight work status,physical and mental exhaustion caused by environmental pressure,impact on career planning,conflict between work and family roles,and nursing informatization construction system of the decision support system is not sound,and the social level support is insufficient.Conclusion Under the three-child policy,nurses are under greater psychological pressure.Nursing decision-makers adopt practical and feasible coping strategies to effectively alleviate all aspects of psychological pressure.The self-efficacy of nurses can be improved,helping nurses to establish a positive attitude,provide better quality nursing services for patients,and provide a strong guarantee for the development of the hospital.
