摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压孕妇血清中FGF21的水平及与临床生化指标的相关性。方法用ELISA方法检测60例妊娠期高血压孕妇、60例健康对照组孕妇血清中FGF21的水平及产后6个月血清中FGF21水平。结果妊娠期高血压组血清中FGF21值明显高于对照组,且产后6个月下降至正常对照组水平。妊娠期高血压组分娩时体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B、尿酸明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1明显低于对照组。血清中FGF21值与低密度脂蛋白呈独立正相关,与高密度脂蛋白呈独立负相关。结论FGF21在妊娠期高血压孕妇中升高,LDL和HDL是孕妇血清中FGF21的独立预测因子。Objective To investigate serum FGF21 levels in patients with gestational hypertension and its correlation with clinical biochemical indexes.Methods ELISA was used to detect serum FGF21 levels in patients with gestational hypertension(n=60)and healthy controls(n=60)during and 6 months after pregnancy.Results Mean maternal FGF-21 concentrations were significantly elevated in gestational hypertension as compared to controls.Moreover,FGF-21 serum concentrations 6 months after delivery dramatically decreased in former gestational hypertension patients,approaching levels found in control patients.The figures of BMI at delivery,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,Apolipoprotein B and uric acid were significantly elevated in patients with gestational hypertension as compared to controls.In contrast,the figures of ApolipoproteinA1 and high density lipoprotein were significantly decreased in gestational hypertension patients as compared to control subjects.FGF-21 serum levels were positively associated with low density lipoprotein and negatively associated with high density lipoprotein.Conclusion The maternal FGF-21 serum concentrations are significantly increased in gestational hypertension during pregnancy.Moreover,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein are independent predictors of circulating FGF21 in pregnant women.
