反恐斗争背景下我国警卫安保工作强化路径探析

摘　　要：恐怖主义是人类安全和国际合作的公敌,也是警卫安保工作的重要防控客体。正确应对和化解恐怖主义威胁,是警卫安保工作开展的必要条件。在反恐斗争趋于常态化背景下,我国警卫安保工作如何顺利开展是亟待研究解决的问题。从加强反恐情报机制建设、加强思想政治建设、构建复合型人才发展模式等方面探索反恐斗争背景下我国警卫安保工作提升和改革路径。Terrorism is not only the public enemy of human security and international cooperation,but also an important object of prevention and control in security work.Correctly dealing with and defusing the threat of terrorism is a condition essential for security work.In the process of the normalizing the fight against terrorism,how to carry out security work smoothly is a problem that must be urgently studied and solved.This paper mainly explores the strengthening path of China’s security work from the following three aspects:anti-terrorism intelligence work mechanism,ideological construction and talent training.
