摘　　要：党的十八大以来,党的建设进入"全面从严治党"新阶段。新时代党的建设新理念新战略及其实践新举措新成就无不引发国际社会的高度关注与热烈反响。国际社会继"中国热"后出现了"中共热",而"中共热"之中又以"党建热"最为明显。国外政要、学者、媒体围绕"全面从严治党"所开展的研究、解读及其叙述逻辑,主要涉及六大议题:一是基于顶层设计与战略布局的整体性;二是基于制度建设与实践路径的科学性;三是基于外在表现与政治意涵的独创性;四是基于时代背景与目标任务的必要性;五是基于伟大成就与国际影响的有效性:六是基于未来走向的几种可能性。国际社会的关注、研究和解读,可以成为我们深化党建研究的重要资源。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party building has entered a new stage of “full and strict governance over the Party”. The new ideas,new strategies,new measures,and new achievements of Party building have all aroused global attention and enthusiastic responses. International scholars,politicians,and media have done extensive researches on it. These studies mainly involve six major topics: the first is about the unity of the top-level design and strategic layout;the second is about the scientificity of its institutional improvement and practice paths;the third is about the originality of the performance and political implications;the fourth is about the necessity of the tasks;the fifth is about its effectiveness manifested in its great achievements and international influence;the sixth is about the future possibilities. The international attention, studies and interpretations will serve as important reference resources for our Party building.
