外商直接投资、出口对我国制造业技术创新绩效的影响--基于区域异质性的研究

摘　　要：伴随我国吸引外商直接投资和出口规模的扩大,我国制造业技术创新绩效有了明显提升。然而,我国制造业技术创新绩效存在明显的区域差异。基于区域经济发展水平、技术消化与吸收能力以及知识产权保护强度等异质性因素,文章构建了外商直接投资、出口影响我国制造业技术创新绩效的区域理论框架,并运用我国省际面板模型,检验上述三个因素的影响作用。结果表明:上述三个因素对于外商直接投资、出口对我国制造业技术创新绩效的区域差异存在影响,其中,知识产权保护强度对外商直接投资影响制造业技术创新绩效具有明显的调节作用。最后,从促进区域经济发展水平、提升地区技术消化和吸收能力及加强知识产权保护强度方面提出一些可行性建议。With the expansion of China’s attracting foreign direct investment and export scale,the performance of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry in China has dramatically improved.However,there are great regional differences in the performance of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry in China.Based on the heterogeneous factors such as the development level of regional economy,the capacity of technological digestion and absorption,and the intellectual property protection intensity,this paper constructs a regional theoretical frame of how foreign direct investment and export affect the performance of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry in China,and uses the interprovincial panel model to test the effects of the above three factors.The results show that the above three factors have some effects on the regional differences of foreign direct investment and export’s promoting the performance of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry in China.The intellectual property protection intensity has a dramatic moderating effect on how foreign direct investment affects the performance of technological innovation in the manufacturing industry.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures such as improving the development level of regional economy,enhancing the capacity of regional technological digestion and absorption,and strengthening the intellectual property protection intensity.
