区域融合、基础设施建设与高新技术产业创新效率--基于中介效应模型的实证检验

摘　　要：在经济高质量发展和区域一体化程度不断加深的双重背景下,基于2004—2018年我国29个省份的面板数据,通过中介效应模型实证检验区域融合、基础设施建设与高新技术产业创新效率之间的互动关系。结果表明,考察期内我国区域融合对高新技术产业创新效率具有显著正向影响;基础设施建设中介效应显著,“新基建”的中介效应最大,“硬基建”的中介效应次之,“软基建”的中介效应最小。因此,要在推进区域更高质量融合过程中促进高新技术产业创新效率的提高;要在补足传统基础设施建设短板的同时加强社会福利性基础设施和新型基础设施建设,为区域高质量融合和高新技术产业发展创造有利条件。Under the dual backgrounds of the high-quality economic development and the deepening of regional integration,this paper empirically examines the interactive relations among regional integration,infrastructure construction and innovation efficiency of high-tech industry with the intermediary effect model based on the panel data of 29 provi nces in China from 2004 to 2018.The results show that the regional integration has a significant positive impact on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry during the inspection period.The intermediary effect of infrastructure construction is significant with the“new infrastructure”having the greatest intermediary effect,followed by the“hard infrastructure”and the“soft infrastructure”.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the improvement of the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in the process of pushing high-quality regional integration.It is important to make up for the lack of traditional infrastructure construction and strengthen the construction of social welfare infrastructure and new infrastructure to create favorable conditions for the high-quality regional integration and the development of high-tech industry.
