摘 要:为了提高永磁直驱式风电变流器的稳定性和可靠性,该文针对风电变流器功率管单管和双管故障,提出一种基于相电流瞬时频率估计的开路故障诊断方法。该方法首先提出一种基于加权滑动Hilbert变换的相电流瞬时频率估计方法,然后通过归一化的相电流瞬时频率残差来构造新的故障检测变量检测故障的发生;其次提出基于改进相电流均值法的多功率管开路故障定位方法实现故障功率管的定位。该文提出的故障诊断方法能够同时实现机侧和网侧的21种开路故障诊断,且避免增加额外的传感器,无需使用Park矢量变换和大量故障样本,故障特征更为显著、鲁棒性强。实验结果验证了所提故障诊断算法的有效性和鲁棒性。To improve the stability and reliability of wind turbine converters based on permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG),a new diagnosis method for multiple open-circuit faults based on the estimated instantaneous frequency of phase current is provided.In this method,the weighted sliding Hilbert transform is developed to estimate the instantaneous frequency of phase current firstly.Then,the normalized instantaneous frequency of phase current is used as the principle quantity to construct new diagnostic variables.Subsequently,by the extended average value method of phase current,the faulty IGBTs can be located.This method can diagnose 21 fault types of PMSG-side converters and gird-side converters simultaneously without using Park’s vector transformation and a large number of fault samples,while avoiding the additional sensors.Meanwhile,this method has more obvious fault features and strong robustness.The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed diagnosis method are verified by the experimental results.
