摘　　要：目的:通过信息化手段建立跨科挂号建卡绿色通道系统,给患者和医务人员提供便利,实现通畅的医疗业务流程。方法:基于HIS系统和Caché数据库,开发登记、建卡、预约挂号等功能,利用微信公众号平台给患者提供缴费取号功能。结果:该绿色通道系统上线替代了以往的线下模式,使用移动终端完成挂号缴费,减少排队等候,改善患者就医体验,同时能够合理利用建卡号资源。结论:生殖医学科-产科建卡绿色通道信息化系统,不仅节省时间成本,提升医院服务质量,使医疗资源分配更加合理,实现医疗业务流程的闭环。Objective:By using the informationization technology,a green channel system for cross-department registration and card establishment is constructed to provide convenience for patients and medical staff,and to achieve smooth medical business process.Methods:Based on the HIS system and the Cachédatabase,the functions of registration,card establishment,appointment registration are developed,and the WeChat official account platform is used to provide patients with the function of getting a payment queue number.Results:This green channel system emerges online to replace the previous offline mode,mobile terminals are used to complete registration and payment,which shorten queue time and improve patient’s medical visit experience,and simultaneously make rational use of card number resources.Conclusion:The green channel informationization system in Reproductive Medicine Department-Obstetrics Department can save time and cost,improve hospital service quality,make more reasonable allocation of medical resources,and realize the closed loop of medical affair process.
