摘　　要：用户和企业在使用计算机网络时,首先要树立正确的互联网安全知识,进一步规范上网行为,尽量减少因操作不当造成的网络安全问题,充分利用现代先进信息技术。加强计算机网络安全研究,结合实际,有效制定全面、科学的网络安全技术防御体系,加强计算机数据和信息安全管理,确保计算机网络技术安全运行,更好地保护计算机数据,以安全有效的方式推动计算机网络技术的发展。When users and enterprises use computer networks,they must first establish correct Internet security knowledge,further regulate Internet behavior,minimize network security problems caused by improper operation,and make full use of modern advanced information technology.It is necessary to strengthen computer network security research,combine the actual conditions,effectively formulate a comprehensive and scientific network security technology defense system,strengthen computer data and information security management,ensure the safe operation of computer network technology,better protect computer data,and promote the development of computer network technology in a safe and effective manner.
