摘 要:电网的飞速发展,对电力系统安全、可靠、经济运行提出了更高的要求。为了保障变电站设备的健康运行,对常规设备的登高工作是必不可少的。本文通过对变电站登高作业安全保障的具体研究,针对隔离开关、互感器、避雷器等柱状设备没有专用的安全带挂扣装置,高空作业无法得到安全保障的问题,研制出了一款便捷、安全的保障装置,弥补了当前高处作业安全工器具的局限性;文中还介绍了该装置的研究背景、技术方案及现场应用情况。The rapid development of power grids has put forward higher requirements for the safe,reliable,and economical operation of power systems.In order to ensure the healthy operation of substation equipment,the climbing work of conventional equipment is indispensable.Based on the specific research on the safety guarantee of the substation climbing operation,this paper has developed a convenient and safe guarantee device against the absence of specific device for hanging and buckling safety belt in columnar equipment such as isolation switches,instrument transformers,and arresters.This device makes up for the limitations of the current high-altitude operation safety tools;this article also introduces the research background,technical scheme and field application of the device.
