摘 要:考虑海上油田电力系统与陆地电力系统的差异性,提出了一种适用于计算海上油田电网的设备时变故障率计算方法。首先基于知识图谱方法,分析了历史故障数据中各电气设备的故障原因和影响因素,并根据分析结果建立了计及设备及部件相互影响的电气设备基本失效模型;然后考虑设备组成元件的运行年限、检修策略等影响因素,对基本失效模型进行了修正,提出设备的时变故障率计算方法。以某油田电力系统为算例,计算了各设备的时变故障率等可靠性参数,通过仿真分析得到了系统的可靠性指标。计算结果可为识别海上电力系统的薄弱环节和制定可靠性提升措施提供依据。Considering the difference between offshore oilfield power system and land power system,a method suitable for offshore oil field power grid is proposed for calculating time-varying failure rate of equipment.Firstly,fault causes and influencing factors of electrical equipment from the historical failure data are analysed,which is based on the knowledge graph method.According to the analysis results,a basic failure model of electrical equipment is established that takes into account the mutual influence of equipment and components.Then the basic failure model is revised for proposing the time-varying failure rate calculation method of the equipment,which considers factors,such as the operating life of the equipment components and maintenance strategies.An oilfield power system is taken as an example for calculating the reliability parameters of the time-varying failure rate of each equipment.The reliability index of the system is obtained through simulation analysis.The calculation results provides a basis for identifying the weaknesses of the offshore power system as well as for formulating reliability improvement measures.
