摘  要:内置百叶中空玻璃窗由于百叶可调,其传热和遮阳性能较复杂。本文通过实测内置中空百叶玻璃在冬季的传热系数和太阳光直接透射比,并通过调节百叶角度研究其对玻璃系统热工和遮阳能力的影响情况,为后期在上海地区不同朝向冬夏应用内置百叶中空玻璃提供策略性分析。在本次实验中,测得百叶置于与水平面呈0°,45°,90°,-45°(135°)和无百叶时传热系数分别为2.35 W/(m^(2)·K),2.04 W/(m^(2)·K),1.82 W/(m^(2)·K),2.12 W/(m^(2)·K),2.00 W/(m^(2)·K);太阳光直接透射比分别为0.33,0.14,0.08,0.56和0.58。试样玻璃温度内表面>内腔空气>外表面,下部>中部=上部区域;内腔温度上部>中部>下部,呈现出温度分层的现象。The heat transfer and shading performance of built-in louver hollow glass windows are complicated due to the adjustable louver.In this paper,the heat transfer coefficient and solar direct transmittance of built-in louver glass in winter were measured,and the influence of louver angle on the thermal performance and shading capacity of the glass system was studied,providing a strategic analysis for the application of built-in louver glass in different orientations in Shanghai in winter and summer.In this experiment,the heat transfer coefficients measured when Louvre is placed at 0°,45°,90°,-45°(135°)and without louver were 2.35 W/(m^(2)·K),2.04 W/(m^(2)·K),1.82 W/(m^(2)·K),2.12 W/(m^(2)·K),and 2.00 W/(m^(2)·K)respectively.The solar direct transmittance were 0.33,0.14,0.08,0.56 and 0.58 respectively.The temperature of the glass sample in the inner surface is greater than that of the air in the inner cavity and that of the external surface;the temperature of the lower part is greater than that of the middle part,which is the same as the upper part;the temperature of the upper part of the cavity is greater than that of the middle part and the lower part,showing the phenomenon of temperature stratification.
